Drawing from his tenure leading B2B sales, customer experience, and product development at Telia, and his practice across 10+ countries, Eero knows how to turn insight into execution—even in complex, high-stakes environments. He holds an MBA from Estonian Business School, is a certified Holacracy Practitioner, and an Advanced Practitioner of Executive Coaching (Academy of Executive Coaching, London).
