Previously, as CEO of the European Innovation Academy, she scaled global partnerships and experiential entrepreneurship programs reaching thousands across Europe, Asia, and North America. Gerda’s expertise spans adult education, strategic systems development, and leadership design. She holds an MA in Adult Education and is a certified DISC Practitioner.
