Nex Day Terms & Conditions

This policy governs ticket purchases and participation in the Nex Day Leadership Conference. By registering or purchasing a ticket, participants and their organisations accept the following terms.

1. Payment Terms

• Tickets are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• Nex Day reserves the right to release or reallocate any ticket for which payment has not been received by the stated due date.

• For corporate bundle bookings, seats will be held for up to 14 calendar days from invoice issuance. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation may be cancelled.

• All fees are payable in euros (€). Any bank charges or transfer fees are borne by the participant’s organisation.

2. Ticketing Platform

• Nex Day utilises the Fienta ticketing platform to manage ticket issuance, payments, and participant registration.

• Tickets may be purchased directly via Fienta’s online checkout or through an invoice issued by Nex Day.

• For invoice-based orders involving multiple tickets, the designated primary contact is responsible for entering the names and details of all attending participants into Fienta. This ensures correct registration, badge preparation, and access on the event day.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Tickets cancelled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

• Tickets cancelled more than 90 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Tickets cancelled within 90 days of the event are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval.

• At Nex Day’s discretion, a cancelled ticket may be converted into a credit for future events instead of a refund.

4. Ticket Transfers

• Tickets may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost.

• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days before the event.

5. Event Postponement or Cancellation

• In the event of postponement, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

• In the event of cancellation, a full refund of the ticket will be issued within 30 days.

• If cancellation occurs due to force majeure, Nex Day may offer a transfer to a future edition as an alternative to refund.

• Nex Day accepts no liability for additional expenses incurred by participants (including travel, accommodation, or related costs).

6. No-shows

• Failure to attend the event does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, or deferral.

7. Force Majeure

• Nex Day shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or acts of war.

8. Participation and Code of Conduct

• Nex Day reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the event or compromises the experience of other participants.

• Some sessions may be designated as confidential discussions under the Chatham House Rule. This means that participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speakers or participants may be disclosed.

• Participants are expected to respect these confidentiality requirements at all times.

9. Data and Privacy

• Registration data will be used solely for event administration and participant communications.

• Contact details may be shared with sponsoring partners only where explicit consent has been provided during registration.

• Data will be processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Participants may request access to or deletion of their personal data at any time.

10. Photography and Recording

• The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, participants consent to the use of such materials for Nex Day’s promotional and educational purposes.

• If a participant does not wish to be recorded, it is their responsibility to notify the organisers in advance.

11. Liability

• Nex Day is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business, profit, or reputation.

• Each participant is responsible for their own health, safety, insurance, and personal belongings during the event.

12. Governing Law

• This policy is governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts. Parties agree to seek amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
