Each Leadership Culture Supporter Ticket funds one scholarship for an emerging leader who is actively shaping how work gets done, but may not yet have access to senior-level leadership forums.
For Nex Day 2026, 10 scholarship seats will be awarded, funded by:
Scholarship includes full access to Nex Day conference. Travel and accommodation are not included.
You can apply if you are an emerging leader and you:
• have at least 3 years of professional experience,
• are currently responsible for people, projects, or change (e.g. team lead, project lead, product owner, policy lead, transformation role — formal title not required)
• are actively working on improving how work gets done (e.g. decision-making, collaboration, service quality, delivery speed, or organisational effectiveness)
• can attend Nex Day in full (the conference is conducted entirely in English).
We prioritise applicants who:
• show clear intent to learn,
• demonstrate practical leadership responsibility,
• can explain why Nex Day matters to their current role.
That’s it. No hidden criteria.
